We have multiple people working on the schedule it would be nice to see who they posted the shifts to so we could start calling but we have to use looper to see who the shifts were offered to it would be nice if it just showed it was offered to 1.2.3. 4 so someone could start calling or texting those caregivers

The system was designed where Mileage follows a top-down model: workspace policy → service-level toggle → shift-level entry. Per-client overrides were never built into the client model. If you need mileage for some clients on a service but not others, you'd have to either create a separate service variant without mileage or zero it out on individual shifts. It would be helpful if we can add a mileage override on the client profile that takes precedence over the service-level setting.

Is there a way we can have caregivers be able to watch training videos within their caregiver app? Some states require a certain amount of hours for training, and instead of paying for another software, can this be baked into careswitch?

Ability to track client falls, ER visits, hospitalizations and state reportable incidents.

Have a botton on shifts 8 hours and up that allows employees to push to clock out for lunch. The administrator can design how long the breaks are for in the setings

In-home care, nurses are required to supervise/monitor caregiver supervision. The nurse supervisory visit tracking would provide home care nurses the ability to track the client's initial SV, 30-day SV, and Ongoing Supervisory Nurse Visits.

Users require the ability to set custom pay rate modifiers for different clients, reflecting the diverse needs and agreements with clients.

We would like to be able to pre-set templates for Care Tasks that can be used for every care recipient or every recipient receiving a specific service. For example we want to be able to have the template include a section to report on injuries, a section to report if the client suggested they were unhappy with the services, etc. The idea behind the template is so that you don't have to add the same tasks every time.

I preferred it when I could send a link to caregivers to create their profile rather than me needing to obtain their address, email, DOB, and other information prior to getting them into Careswitch.
