We would like to be able to pre-set templates for Care Tasks that can be used for every care recipient or every recipient receiving a specific service. For example we want to be able to have the template include a section to report on injuries, a section to report if the client suggested they were unhappy with the services, etc. The idea behind the template is so that you don't have to add the same tasks every time.

Easy to access library of templates for care planning. I know here in New Mexico they are very focused on the Care Planning of clients. I have a friend who has a Home Care Company who asked me to do her care planning for her, I did request her to move her system to care switch. But the ability to have a whole database of PCA focused Care Plans that can be editable by the user.

We have 4 universal tasks that are required for all clients; it would be great to have a section where we could set them up once and they would be included in all client care plans

+1 on this. I have about a dozen or more universal care tasks and do not want to individually type them out for each client. I would like to save them once and add them to new or other existing clients without having to duplicate my work.
