Reduce Manual Outreach: Eliminate the need for calling and texting caregivers by enabling them to self-organize and opt into the shifts they are interested in, streamlining the scheduling process. Track Caregiver Responses: Monitor and record caregivers' responses to shift postings, providing valuable data for unemployment defense and compliance purposes. Daily Scheduling Solution: Utilize job board scheduling as a comprehensive solution for daily operations, allowing agencies to fill all their shifts through the platform, not just last-minute ones.

You can only select one profile tag at a time. Please allow a check box format where one can select multiple tags at a time rather than selecting one at a time.

We're improving how users navigate through the platform after completing shift-related actions. Currently, when users edit or modify shifts from different views (like the calendar or profile pages), they're automatically directed to the shift details page after saving. We're updating this flow to create a more intuitive experience. New Behavior: After completing a shift action, users will be returned to their original viewing context This maintains users' workflow momentum and reduces unnecessary navigation steps Applies to all shift modifications across calendar views and profile pages This update will help streamline the user experience by eliminating extra navigation steps and keeping users in their preferred context while managing shifts."
