We're enhancing our AI assistant's capabilities to provide more comprehensive workplace insights. The update will allow the assistant to: Access billing and payroll information Provide more detailed financial reporting Generate data-driven insights based on your workspace information This expansion will help users get faster, more accurate answers to their business questions directly through the AI assistant, streamlining access to important organizational data.

We're strengthening our care documentation features to ensure comprehensive shift reporting: Adding care summary collection during the clock-out process on mobile devices Introducing a new care plan setting that allows organizations to make care summaries mandatory for shifts Maintaining existing care summary functionality on shift detail pages These improvements will help ensure thorough care documentation and support quality care delivery through better shift reporting compliance.

We're improving how users navigate through the platform after completing shift-related actions. Currently, when users edit or modify shifts from different views (like the calendar or profile pages), they're automatically directed to the shift details page after saving. We're updating this flow to create a more intuitive experience. New Behavior: After completing a shift action, users will be returned to their original viewing context This maintains users' workflow momentum and reduces unnecessary navigation steps Applies to all shift modifications across calendar views and profile pages This update will help streamline the user experience by eliminating extra navigation steps and keeping users in their preferred context while managing shifts."

When creating a new shift I would like to be able to have the default setting as a shift offer instead of the default as assign a shift - should be able to customize this in settings

As care managers, we need the ability to highlight/communicate important information to our caregivers especially if it's their first time going to a client. These could include: -Instructions as soon as they arrive to their shift -Parking instructions -Gate codes -Suite/room numbers -Facility check-in instructions We understand that these could be a part of the care plan but it would be helpful to have a place right in the shift page to include important crucial information for the caregiver to see right away.

Implement a system where caregivers can submit profile edit requests for admin review and approval.
