Have a way for the system to log caregivers out after say 20 minutes of inactivity? We had a caregiver that borrowed a phone to login at orientation. We were amazed to find out that after days later she was still logged into the app when the person from the office when to use the phone. What if someone were to log in on a library or a public computer I wouldn't want clients information to be available if someone doesn't hit log out. So I was thinking if it had an auto clock out after so long that would be helpful to avoid that.

Have the App inform employee of exact task they forgot to check off and show them the specific task….instead of saying “2 tasks not completed” (this would be similar to how old app use to operate)

sometimes id want to send a blast email, and not just a chat. It would be great to do that within the app

The system was designed where Mileage follows a top-down model: workspace policy → service-level toggle → shift-level entry. Per-client overrides were never built into the client model. If you need mileage for some clients on a service but not others, you'd have to either create a separate service variant without mileage or zero it out on individual shifts. It would be helpful if we can add a mileage override on the client profile that takes precedence over the service-level setting.

It would be helpful to know where the caregiver is the entire shift, not just the clocking in and out stage.

would like to have different templates available for different kinds of care plans and assessments

Id like to have the ability for the caregivers to see their payroll information through the app. Square does this on their "square teams" app and its a really awesome way for my staff can see how many shifts they completed and how much they expect to get paid for it.

Is there a way we can have caregivers be able to watch training videos within their caregiver app? Some states require a certain amount of hours for training, and instead of paying for another software, can this be baked into careswitch?

I use vanguard for 401k and so often time when im doing payroll I need to go to another system to ensure the 401k matches are being properly distributed. It would be nice to have general HR benefits integration
