Add function where caregivers can automatically be clocked-in & out when they have back to back shifts (used for live-in caregivers).

With numerous updates and status changes occurring daily, we aim to make it easy for sales and marketing teams to see the most recent update on a service . To achieve this, we designed a hover tooltip on the profile status in the service table. This feature allows users to hover over the service status and get a quick snapshot of the latest event on the activity feed for any service in the services table.

In-home care, nurses are required to supervise/monitor caregiver supervision. The nurse supervisory visit tracking would provide home care nurses the ability to track the client's initial SV, 30-day SV, and Ongoing Supervisory Nurse Visits.

When working on schedules for each Care Recipient, it was great to work on it a month at a time (not just see a week at a time when in shifts tab)like the old version of Careswitch. Could this be added back in?

You should be able to go back and see previous Chats (not just the most recent 20 or so)

Rather than having to hit "send invoice" to send an itemized bill, we should be able to just hit charge now and have the invoice sent; when you hit send invoice there is a payment link which is confusing if they have already been charged

Similar to how we can drop notes or pictures of notes from an intake call into the intake section of a client service, I would like to be able to drop notes from an interview and create the matching criteria from a summary of my notes on an employee profile
