New Hover Card Experience We're introducing an improved shift hover card that makes managing shifts faster and more intuitive than ever. The redesigned interface puts the most important information and actions at your fingertips. Clearer, more readable layout with improved typography Quick access to shift status updates and history Enhanced interactive elements for common management tasks Direct status changes from the hover card Latest shift status changes displayed prominently Streamlined Status Change Process We've simplified the way you document and communicate shift changes with a new status change form. Document shift status changes with required context Add optional notes for better team communication Select team members to notify about the change Automatic updates to the shift activity feed Special handling for cancellations with predefined reasons: Call Out, Canceled by Caregiver, Office or Client Additional Improvements New general update option to add notes without changing shift status Seamless integration with our notification system Automatic activity tracking for better shift history Mobile-aware design that recognizes clock-in/out events differently Note: These improvements maintain all existing functionality while making it more accessible and user-friendly. Automatic status changes (like mobile clock-ins) will continue to work as before without requiring additional documentation.

Allow supervisor roles to access schedules, caregivers and clients in the app. Currently this seems to only be available with the admin role.

Caregiver Opt-In: When shifts are posted, I want caregivers to opt into assignments directly from the job board, so I can fill open shifts faster and reduce back-and-forth communication.

Introducing Clear Cancellation Status Markers: When a cancellation occurs, users will be able to mark it as canceled by Staff, Caregiver, or Care Recipient. Enhancing reporting capabilities to track cancellation reasons for better analysis and decision-making. Improved Communication with @Mention Feature: Introducing the ability to notify individuals or roles in shift notes. Users can notify specific users or groups of users to inform them about the reasons for the cancellation directly within the system. Enhanced Financial Clarity for Canceled Shifts: Canceled shifts will be clearly marked as non-payable and non-billable, providing transparency in financial records. Surfacing authorized time by payer to assist schedulers in making informed scheduling decisions based on payer preferences.
