currently, the caregivers do not have access to support and instead, they have to inform the provider who then communicate the issue to support and often there is back to forth due to incomplete information. resolving issues would become quicker if there is a support option directly within the caregiver app

Caregivers being able to clock-in prematurely is becoming a disservice to the client`s. I request having a feature where the caregiver can clock-in 15 minutes only and not an hour or 3 hours early. This feature was enable when we had Rapport app and now the feature is gone.

Allow looper to search profiles of "inactive" employees on the recruiting tab

You should be able to go back and see previous Chats (not just the most recent 20 or so)
