- Introducing the ability to notify individuals or roles in shift notes.
- Users can notify specific users or groups of users to inform them about the reasons for the cancellation directly within the system.
Enhanced Financial Clarity for Canceled Shifts:
- Canceled shifts will be clearly marked as non-payable and non-billable, providing transparency in financial records.
- Surfacing authorized time by payer to assist schedulers in making informed scheduling decisions based on payer preferences.

We would like a clear way to see shifts that are cancelled by client vs. those cancelled by caregivers. This will allow us to see if a specific caregiver is forming a pattern with callouts. To take it a step further, would be able to distinguish caregiver last minute callouts (less than 24hrs) and time off requests?
