We would like to be able to create a profile for a new hire prospect with information collected from interviews before inviting them to join the Careswitch platform. We would invite them to the platform at orientation and the data would already be populated.

Pay employees faster with daily payments

The ability to track PTO and sick leave within the payroll system.

For payroll, services as not everyone has a checking account. This would make payroll amazing.

A feature for full-service payroll users to create incentive milestones for their caregivers. Create an incentive rule eg: 100% attendance for 3 months = $50 bonus. Rules will be tracked and automatically applied to employee payrolls, when the milestone is achieved.
