Mikko Jervoso Joy Jervoso would it be helpful to see the service stage and or status and or service start / end dates in the dropdown? We are planning to shift our logic to tie it to stage and status of the service. For example, if a service is in "Active" stage, you will be able to create shifts for the service, versus if it was in the "Inactive" stage, it would not appear in the service dropdown on the create schedule form for a care recipient.

This was being caused by missing information on the service associated with the Care Recipient. If there is no intake, assessment and care plan completed, the service will not be available to be selected when creating shifts.
