The system was designed where Mileage follows a top-down model: workspace policy → service-level toggle → shift-level entry. Per-client overrides were never built into the client model. If you need mileage for some clients on a service but not others, you'd have to either create a separate service variant without mileage or zero it out on individual shifts. It would be helpful if we can add a mileage override on the client profile that takes precedence over the service-level setting.
