Hi there. We are currently doing a DOH audit and need to ensure we are in compliance. I went through the command center to get all shift reports exported into PDF files to then put in a patients folder in our database and it does that, only it says that it is not allowed to get the signatures on these shift reports and this is required on every shift for DOH compliance. It tells me it gets "access denied" when it tries and then tells me I need to go into each shift one by one for the year and export. Can we give it access to get those signatures so that we can still have it create these pdfs in a zip folder but they are DOH compliant? What we need in each PDF:
