Hi Dan - We only copy scheduled shifts. This would only apply to scheduled and unassigned shifts. For scheduled shifts, it should include: the caregiver's name, rate, and shift hours. The unassigned shifts should only copy the shift hours.

Serina Smith thanks for this feedback. Couple Questions: When you "Copy" a shift, what is the information that should be copied? IF a caregiver is scheduled, does the shift maintain the scheduled caregiver? What if a shift is Canceled? Offer Pending? Unassigned?

Do you ever copy shifts / schedules between clients? eg: You create a MWF 8-5 shift for Susan and then want to recreate the same schedule for Bobby. Is this a use case?
