The current process for setting up a service is overly stringent and lacks clarity, leading to a suboptimal user experience. Users are unaware that they must complete several prerequisite steps—specifically, creating a contact, designating that contact as a payer, and linking the contact to the care recipient's profile—before they can successfully initiate a service for the care recipient. This lack of transparency and guidance hinders users' ability to navigate the setup process smoothly.
