Problem:

When users complete a care plan or assessment and navigate to the Care Recipient profile to view the results, they encounter blank documents. This occurs due to a race condition where the AI is still processing the care plan or assessment into our document system.

Solution:

We are exploring ways to address this issue to prevent users from assuming their work is lost. The simplest option is to introduce a loading spinner on the version in the list of care plans or assessments, preventing users from clicking in until the document is fully loaded. Additionally, we are considering implementing a loading spinner or skeleton on the document itself to provide visual feedback during the loading process.
