An update on this request: the forms and documents portion is now live in Careswitch. 🎉
You can upload your agency's onboarding paperwork — employment applications, handbook acknowledgements, consent forms, tax forms, or any other PDF — as signable document templates under Settings → Document Templates. Send them to employees or applicants right from their profile: they fill and e-sign from a secure link on any device (no login or printing required), and the completed, signed copy comes back to you automatically, with status tracked on their Documents tab. You can also upload files to each employee's profile and share workspace documents, like your handbook, with your whole team.
Still ahead from this request: onboarding checklists with assignable tasks, sending a full packet of forms automatically when you hire someone, and automatic reminders for incomplete forms. We're keeping this post in progress until those ship — if one of these would help your agency most, let us know in the comments.

Hi David, can you provide some more input on this request? Specifically, what types of tasks are you looking to manage from within Chat?
On our roadmap, we plan to launch features for employee and care recipient onboarding flows. These flows can be customized to your businesses needs. You will be able to create forms, upload docs, add tasks and assign each step of onboarding to someone in your office or the person joining your business on careswitch. Is this the type of feature you are looking for? or is what you described different?

Dan Ogren: This is exactly what we are looking for. We want to be able to change from paper forms to all in one place to be completely electronic. I think this would help alot. Cant wait for this feature to be completed.

Ability to Integrate Agency Onboarding Forms for electron use, also with Client forms. This would cut down on waste and the ability to cut down on paper.
