Some CGs availability will change from week to week. Users usually will block out the times they won't be available to take any shifts on a given week.

Hi Mikko, thanks for the feedback. In the caregiver profile, you can manage the employees Availability inside their "Matching Criteria". Our recommendation is for the caregiver to share their availability with you via Chat and update their profile > matching criteria.
Our roadmap includes plans to allow caregivers to update their matching criteria availability without needing office staff assistance
