Clocked in and clocked out time on the app is showing the scheduled time instead of recorded time

When a caregiver has completed their shift on the caregiver app, it only shows the shifts date, scheduled time and duration.
This makes it seem that shifts are always being completed as scheduled.
In this example, only 10 mins was recorded based on the clock in and clock out times.
This could potentially result in issues with caregivers presenting this as evidence of completing a shift as scheduled even though clock in and clock out times are different.
