We’ve introduced Agent Mode in Looper: an expanded, full-screen Looper chat experience designed for moments when you want to have a deeper conversation with Looper without the distraction of the surrounding Careswitch UI. Agent Mode keeps your chat front and center, while still making it easy to see (and click into) the exact context Looper is referencing.
How to access Agent Mode
To open Agent Mode, click the Looper icon next to your workspace name. This launches Looper in a full-screen view. When you’re ready to return to the standard Careswitch experience, click the Agent Mode card again to exit. Your Looper conversation stays intact and continues in the Looper side panel with the full chat history preserved.
You can also switch between views using ⌘E (Mac) or Ctrl+E (Windows).
What you’ll see in Agent Mode
When Agent Mode opens, you’ll land on an overview dashboard for your workspace. It highlights key operational and financial metrics. Each dashboard card can be hovered and clicked to reveal additional details, so you can quickly get more context without leaving the view.
As Looper references shifts, people, or other workspace data to answer your prompts, those items appear in a Workspace Context panel on the right side of the screen. This panel is designed to give you confidence and clarity about what Looper is using. Each referenced item is clickable and selecting it will open the relevant context in a new tab, making it easy to validate details and continue working without losing your place in the chat.
Everything Looper can do—now with more room
Agent Mode supports all the same capabilities as Looper in the side panel. You can ask Looper to find information, summarize activity, answer questions, or help you complete workflows, only now you have a larger, more dedicated space for longer conversations and more complex tasks.
