In January we introduced Looper's Agent Mode. Over the past few months it has grown into something bigger: Command Center, a dedicated home in Careswitch where you and Looper get real work done — and now the first thing you see when you open your workspace.
One place for real work with your AI
Command Center turns conversations with Looper into sessions you can leave and come back to. Ask for something big and keep working — long-running tasks continue in the background and pick up right where they left off, even if you close the tab. And when Looper builds something for you — a spreadsheet, a PDF, a document, a chart — the file appears right in the conversation, ready to preview and download. Agencies with multiple locations get an enterprise Command Center that can search, compare, and answer questions across every workspace at once.
- Persistent sessions that resume where you left off, with search across past sessions
- Background tasks that keep running while you do something else
- Real files — spreadsheets, documents, PDFs — generated and previewed right in the chat
- Reachable from the sidebar and the command bar, and now the default landing page for permitted users, with a smooth handoff from the side-panel assistant
Your daily briefing, written for you
Start the day with a snapshot of your workspace: an automatically written morning briefing covering what needs attention across scheduling, billing, claims, and your team — browsable by date, with unread briefings clearly marked. Make it yours per workspace: turn it on or off, reorder the sections, set a focus and tone, mute topics you don't need, and choose how often and when it arrives. Want one right now? Generate it on demand — and a quick thumbs up or down shapes future briefings.
Put Looper on a schedule
Turn recurring work into scheduled tasks: have Looper run something daily, weekly, or on a schedule you define, and pause, resume, or retry runs whenever you need. Scheduled tasks belong to the person who created them.
Read-only mode, for peace of mind
Prefer that Looper only ever looks things up? Turn on read-only mode and anything that could change your data is simply off the table — questions get answered, records stay untouched. It applies across Command Center and the assistant, for single workspaces and enterprises alike.
