Caregivers manage their own availability
Caregivers can now view and edit their availability right in the app — the office sees changes immediately, and scheduling uses them for matching and conflict detection (including overnight shifts that cross midnight).
Office hours and closures
Set your agency's office hours for each day of the week, schedule closures ahead of time, and write your own closed message. When the office is closed, caregivers see a clear banner in chat — with when you'll reopen — on the web and in the mobile app, so after-hours messages come with the right expectations.
Additional improvements
Chat is more reliable: channels load consistently, tapping a chat notification opens the right conversation, and reconnection is automatic
Clock-in/out uses the correct location radius, and the map shows a loading state instead of "unavailable" while GPS resolves
